Visa Days development
Starting with the idea, our goal was to create a convenient mobile application - Visa Days.
First, we identified the functionality necessary for the user: tracking the days of stay in different countries, taking into account the purpose of the trip - whether it's vacation, work, treatment or study. Then we developed a clean and understandable application architecture, paying attention to design details for ease of use.
Having completed the testing and optimization phase, VisaDays is ready to provide its unique functions to users, helping them to manage their time in other countries more consciously and safely.
We use flexible Agile and Scrum methodology that allow us to create projects that meet business requirements.
Tools: Jira, confluence (to define tasks), Miro, Figma (to create site maps).
All research (creation of value proposition, customer profile, CJM and scenarios) are made in Figma.
Tools: Figma, Sketch (interfaces and prototyping), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (graphics), InVision (prototyping), Adobe After Effect (video content).
Tools: Vue.js (vuex, vue-router etc.), Bootstrap 5, GSAP, html, css, js.
Technologies: AMP (google technology for loading boost and website work), SPA (technology for website work without page reload), PWA (for mobile app functionality).
We use Laravel Framework (v9) - an open source php framework, as well as related technologies (MySQL, Redis, Docker, socket.io etc.)
Channels: content marketing, SEO, paid advertisement (search, media, targeted).
Tools: Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica (web-analytics tools), third-party services creating quizzes, lead-forms, scheduled posting, masslooking/massliking, chat bots, pop-up windows./massliking, chatbots, pop-ups.
Using the Visa Days calculator, users can easily determine the remaining legal days of stay. Integration with the calendar helps you keep track of your trip history, providing constant access to important data.
Adding the functionality for generating Excel reports for tax authorities or employers simplifies the reporting process. We have also implemented a document storage system, including visas and passports, providing easy access to the necessary information.
Geolocation is used to accurately determine the user's location, which makes it easier to fill in trip data. Automatic filling further improves the user experience.
Visa Days is an application built on the basis of a clean architecture using an efficient cubit state manager. In its development, we used a number of powerful libraries such as flutter_localizations, go_router, get_it, flutter_secure_storage, scrollable_clean_calendar, path_provider, photo_view, geolocator, geocoding and many others.
